      Pros

      Great company if you like retail. Every day us different but every year is the same. Culture is what you make of it, stores run some what separate from head office intervention and entrepreneurs are encouraged. Opportunity to build fantastic teams and make great friends. Charity work is brilliant.

      Cons

      Long hours. Unpaid overtime is expected of anyone salaried. On your feet all day is tiring. Challenging relationship with head office at times. Mixed guidance from head office destabilises store on a whim so be prepared for the fallout.

      Good friendly people who you can have a laugh with. Salary isnt too bad either.

      Cons

      Management are useless, all they do is sit down all day and then expect you to work harder to reach daily targets.
