No loyalty shown to staff at all, Rotas get put up far too late so can't plan anything at all, then can be changed with only a days notice and most of the time you get shifts that you can't do because they aren't in your avaliability due to uni/college. Never get out on Time at the end of your shift, pricing system is ridiculous, if your on a till expect to be running about finding prices for things 90% of your shift.
