      Friendly staff and customers 10 percent discount Involvement in charity work - Comic Relief Good starter salary Flexible hours if good management Job security Promotion to team leader possible in few years

      Big variety between stores i.e. some nicer to work for than others Tasks can get repetitive and boring Early starts for stock flow Seasonal changes i.e christmas can be stressful

      They hourly pay is amazing and the managers are really friendly.

      Cons

      You can often be asked to work overtime and the managers can be really persuasive 😂

      Pros

      It was a very good experience of working in a fast paced environment and learing how to talk and handle customer issues and what its like to work in a retail company.

      Cons

      Not a good career choice long term in my opinion. No progression opportunities. A lot of tedious hard work and from my experience not a very supportive encouraging place to work from managers.
