      Fair retail pay, friendly atmosphere and a positive sales-driven environment.

      Cons

      Can be political, usually late to let you off your shift-work. Late to post a rota (usually only a few days in advance)

      Pros

      hourly rate same for everyone , hourly rate better than other retail. fast paced , mostly busy , our store has great staff and management, if you have a good team it works.

      Cons

      rotas done late, rotas change often , short notice given hours can be taken off you , low contracts, some staff worked years for the company still on 8 hour contracts should be offered more, too much expected in a short time, , mangement do work hard you can see their have a lot to do. new staff get 5 mins till training.
