      Great concept, poor management

      Pros

      Nice team atmosphere amongst the Associate level staff on the shop floor. Good training programme (paid). You are given a lot of responsibility if you want it.

      Cons

      Awful management. Rotas are released weekly (and then changed at random!) so you can't really plan ahead to do stuff with friends/family unless you officially book time off/annual leave. If rotas were done at least fortnightly, it would be much easier to maintain your family life. Only 10% discount too which is hardly worth having.

      Some colleagues nice Discount Also great to know when price reductions will be going forward

      Cons

      Management can be quite rude Place you somewhere (e.g fitting rooms) and you wouldn't be off them all day, even if you were working a 9-5 shift

      Development opportunities, fast pace environment, respectful management, every day is different, hours always readily available, can cater for all different types of life styles.

      Cons

      Due to the business model, sometimes customers dislike the amount of staff they "don't have" available to them.
