      Cons

      In a week after joining you will realise that it was mistake to join this company. If you like Chamchegiri then you will Grow....Lot of politics nepotism in small things...Bosses are driven by what their chamchas think and not what actual fact is...NO Growth ...No learning....Purpose of setting up GDC is just to hire cheap labours. HR guys are not serious about employee issues.......STRONGLY AVOID IT...

      Too much outsourcing which leads to too much self-service

      Pros

      The people in this company are mostly smart, dedicated employees. The benefits are above most other companies, and the idea of the company is worthwhile: feeding the world.

      Cons

      There is too much outsourcing. The outsourced companies are not reliable or effective. We can't be focused on the customer because we spend so much time doing the self-service tasks. While it may be cheaper to pay for people working in India, the soft dollar cost to the Syngenta employees makes it a losing venture. The company is on a downward trend.
