Cons

- poor management in some areas - complicated & slow decision processes - changes are difficult to implement - overall not very agile - cash compensation not competitive

People are great, there is very good respectful culture, easy-going, salary and bonus system fair and actually more than I could think. support and invest in your development, gives plenty of opportunities, also certain freedom to operate. the trust is great
