      Average Package High Attrition Rate Managers become Delivery Heads & Directors to soon so they stay, but for developer if they don't get good opportunity career growth becomes stagnant so they move out.

      Pros

      This is the hardest working software company in the industry. Everyone works to ensure the company succeeds. Great team environment. Tons of really smart, dedicated people and mgt gives you the chance to contribute significantly and get credit for what you do. Great partner relationships.

      Cons

      Accrual of vacation/sick time w/timecard tracking is very 1990s. Need to modernize that. Go to a PTO model or unlimited vacation days policy to be competitive in the industry and for work-life balance. Consider increasing the # of US floating holidays to match HQ's # of holidays to be more equitable in each region.
