      + Emphasis on trust, innovation and self-management + Lots of control over your responsibilities + Multi-national team + Fantastic business outlook and financial forecasts + Experienced leadership team + Great comp/basic plan + Great products with lots of customer demand

      - Fragmented business process - Not enough automation on the contract admin side - Too much disconnect between various regions (EMEA, LATAM, etc)

      Good Work Life balance Can enjoy team environments if you are under a good manager.

      Cons

      No enjoyable work You need to be in the director's good books, which means you need to dance to his tunes. If you fall under the wrong manager, you need to be a 'Yes Man'.
