      Pros

      The company is very diverse and it is a refreshing change from the companies I have worked with in the past. I really enjoy meeting with customers and prospects and helping them understand how the solution can solve the challenges they are facing. I have a fair amount of autonomy which I really enjoy. Software AG empowers their employees to what is best for the customer and the relationship. That is evident in how the employees work with their managers.

      Cons

      There are fewer females in my role but that seems to be a similar issue with may technology companies.

      Pros

      Good Work-life balance. Good People. Good Policies. Good Pay.

      Cons

      Low Employee engagement. Hard to stand out. They try not to stir the pot and treat everyone equally when it comes to hikes, benefits, etc.

      Work opportunities, Technology adaption, Innovation and events.

      Cons

      Some management issues but they don't impact much. Nothing serious that should be mentioned. On facilities part, no cabs or transportation.
