Awesome work environment. Management will do anything it takes to help you. Very laid back. Best co-workers you will ever have!

Cons

With the Knoxville branch being new it seemed as though they couldn't make up their mind as to what they wanted to do. Each month we were changing something and it was hard to keep up with.

Uniforms, coworkers and pay.

Cons

Unstable work environment. Unorganized and Long hours. If there are no cars available, it gets ugly. Sometimes no lunch break.

We are glad that you enjoyed the uniforms, compensation, and team atmosphere at Sixt in Atlanta. We have made many changes with our Atlanta location to ensure that we are providing an exceedingly comfortable work environment for our employees that offers structure and organization. We also provide an extensive four day basic training at our headquarters in Florida as well as on the job training when the new hire arrives to the location and continuously thereafter. With this training structure and our strong team, our employees can excel very quickly within the company.

Now, with more opportunity to interact with customers, our Supervisors have a great earning potential offered to them. Due to this being a leadership role, we have high expectations for our supervisory team. Supervisors act as role models for our Rental Sales Agents and have the opportunity to train them and offer guidance. Above the Supervisors, Regional Sales Performance Managers and Branch Managers work closely to ensure that the team’s needs are met and recognition is provided.
