Pros

There is some great talent from the rental agents and some of the corporate employees. The benefits are ok for someone coming right out of college. PTO days aren't the best and neither is the insurance, but they are ok. Something is better than nothing. Pay is ok too.

Cons

The president is a joke. He has zero people skills. He spends his days flirting with the female employees since they hire alot of pretty girls or yelling at everyone. He has no idea what he is doing and I am surprised that he hasnt been fired. Also I was told to write some of the good reviews so anyone looking for a job don't trust them because I'm sure a lot of other people were told to from other locations. There HQ employees also get around with all the assistants. If anyone gets pregnant they should all get paternitty tests. I'm ready to quit any day as soon as I can take time off to actually look for a job.

Thank you for complementing our Rental Sales Agents and corporate employees. We strive to find the best talent for our branches and HQ! For a young company we also pride ourselves on having great benefits such as paid time off after 6 months with 16 PTO days after your first year and progressively more thereafter. In addition, we offer 3 different options in regards to medical coverage as well as dental and vision benefits. Finally, we do have banked holidays that our employees can take advantage of. To address your concerns, Sixt is a very diverse company; you can view this at any of our branches. Sixt management also has an open door policy that allows employees to address challenges not just at the branch level but to the executive team as well. This follows suit with our quarterly Employee Satisfaction Survey that is 100% anonymous. We encourage employees to be honest about how they feel and share positive and negative experiences, not only for this survey, but in person as well. This is the only way that we can improve. We appreciate your feedback. Since you claim that you are currently employed with Sixt we would welcome you to discuss any of the above matters confidentially with our VP of HR Gaddy Fernandez.

Pros

Training in Florida. Great coworkers. It's a pretty easy job with a great base pay. If you are in college it's a great thing because you can grow.

Cons

Needs Better management. No way to move up if you don't have a degree. If you don't like sales the job is not for you.

We are pleased to hear that you appreciate many aspects of your position with Sixt! We pride ourselves on creating a great work environment that also proves to be rewarding for all employees. To address your concern, there are plenty of opportunities to grow within Sixt without a degree. Starting out at an entry level position like Customer Service Associate or Rental Sales Agent for instance, will allow you to learn the business from the ground up and then based off of performance you can move all the way up through management. Finally, although the Rental Sales Agent position is focused on sales, we provide full training and techniques on a continuous basis to build sales skills. Our main focus is finding employees dedicated to customer service and everything else is taught. We wish you the best of luck with your career with Sixt. We would encourage you to reach out to your Branch Manager about growth opportunities in Arizona. If you have any additional concerns to discuss or even to inquire about advancement please reach out to HR at 954-874-1793.

Pros

Good team to work in the company, funny guys specially the manager and his colleague (muslims I think they are for shure) and the drivers/valleters a little bit like silence guys but good persons too. The advantage in the company for me or for others who want to drive cars it's good - customers contact to explain how works some dashboard in the car etc. Not so much job because the deliveryes and picking vehicles are close the the branch.

Cons

Short distance driving, is borring because not all the time is driving in the road with the car. Some times we must to clean the vehicles and that is not very nice. Normally the company must to employee one valletter to clean cars and the drivers to drive only. Sunday is the worse day because you stay as police man in car and you watch keeping eyes to the vehicles and customers who are coming inside. Small payment 6.20 pounds per hour and the payment is monthly not weekly - this is London and the life is expensive.
