Nice colleagues, good culture but pressure from above

Pros

Being part of the Airbus gives a lot of stability and growth opportunities Good compensation and bonus scheme A lot of opportunities to grow and develop if the ambition is there

Cons

Airbus influence has been very strict to the point that normal Danish celebrations or things one would expect in a Danish company, no longer are followed (no friday bar or summer/Christmas parties for example) which are very important to the Danish culture. Cost cutting is causing business trips to be cut considerably making it very difficult to get travel approved Same goes for hiring - everything needs to be approved by top management in Airbus, which makes hiring a much less agile process

From my first day, I have felt supported and encouraged to learn & develop, I have been given enough freedom to test my creative problem-solving and take on more responsibilities in a healthy environment.

Cons

Being part of the bigger Airbus means that sometimes you feel like things are imposed unto you. Even if new systems/processes are introduced for a reason, it can still catch you by surprise.

Basically everyone is helpful here, they will put their tasks aside when you ask them for help. Reporting manager is supportive and takes your ideas and suggestions into account. One of the best companies I ever been to.
