      Good support from Colleagues and supervisors Friendly Atmosphere

      Big companies may be a bit more difficult to advance. But overall i am just here for my internship so its not my biggest concern.

      * People * Stability * Salary was competitive * Excellent 401(k) plan with great matching program * Location in NH - no income tax, easy to commute to from many locations

      Cons

      * Medical insurance was horrible * Bureacracy got in the way of progress * Interference from Germany * German models did not map well to an American business * Some products were not well received in the market * Silos and lack of communication between various teams - was getting better when I left but still an issue.
