      It is a very stable company managed by a trust. It has excellent vision and has leadership position in many industries.

      Cons

      It has a slow bureaucratic decision making style centralized in Europe and doesn't adapt to latest technologies other than in its core competencies and is often conservative in its approach.

      Its a automotive solutions giant. Good place to settle in life. Interesting work that makes you learn things much easier and interesting.

      Cons

      package is less compared to other similar employers in the industry. Hikes are also to the average or below average in the industry. Managers are not capable of assessing performance of the employee but instead they expect more than what have achieved/done.
