      Great job for people who don't mind working during weekends

      Pros

      Payment is always on time. Bosch organizes yearly team spirit building meetings for Promoters where you can learn all about new tools you'll be selling next season. Instant feedback from superiors when needed.

      Cons

      Not adequate for people who want a full time job, or who can't work during weekends. Not for anyone who isn't a people-person because you constantly interact with all kind of different people ( often unpleasant )

      It will be 200% better if you join Bosch group of companies rather than Bosch Pvt Ltd

      Cons

      Since it is a Bosch Pvt Ltd, every body in management cares only about money to achieve break even since it is their PRED-Task, so they dont like to give you good salary(Dont know about, same applicable for their salaries)
