      Nice work, depends on one's interest and team Helpful people No work stress in most cases Company is growing aggressively More opportunities

      Cons

      Low salary More processes Location is not so preferable for many from my experience. As for me, it is ok here in Coimbatore but not for long times. There are many negatives than positives being here. Only positive is less travelling time compared to Bangalore

      Not much of work pressure. In fact less work pressure. Most of the works related to automobile. since company is 125+ years old, has a very strong base.

      Cons

      Since i recently joined the company i don't know much. I feel the salary is little less. But don know what happens in future.
