      Overall, a good, stable company to work in.

      Cons

      As a design engineer working on a manufacturing plant, there is almost no opportunity to grow within the design department, the only way to do so would be to move to a design center within Bosch, or to seek employment elsewhere.

      Worklife balance is good, food is good, onsite opportunities are good in many teams.Nothing to more to talk about.

      Nothing to learn as a freshher, salary isnt good, hike is very less, performance is not recognized, very old technologies still being used
