      Pros

      Team I was with were super kind and supportive Interesting work cases Got to do team work and independent work Company was accommodating to my needs (I was ill at the time and could only do half-days on placement)

      Probably not best pay in the industry The company was going through tough times with the economic crisis, so a bit of a stressful environment at the end of the placement as people were worried of losing their jobs

      Language skills can be a handicap to grow within the company as they are not going to let you to undertake meetings. They pay low and payrises are not ofthen or sustancious.
