      Pros

      It's been almost an year and I am loving the work and the work culture here. The company is expanding with the new GEC department and a lot of new people have been recruited. Working hours are flexible. It also provides you international exposure.

      Not much incentives but perks are good.

      They cared about your health. They had various health and wellness programs. They had raffles for tickets to events.

      Cons

      It is a global company. There were times for my position where you worked on the weekend. Also, on call 24/7.

      Pros

      flexible working environment, opportunities to grow, very important to network with others in the company to get exposed to different service areas. Very helpful and understanding HR staff.

      Cons

      Individualistic approach to managing project and people. Lack of mentorship programs and a solid professional development programs for people who want to have more responsibilities. full emphasis on being billable, but less emphasis on professional development of employees. Limited vacation time. Other companies merge sick and vacation time and make it one pool. This system does not encourage people who would want to stay healthy.
