Values driven and genuine impact on making sustainable change. Empowering teams and fun work environment

Cons

Very little. It's flexible and supportive. Yes consulting does get more intense at times, but within most teams there is a strong desire for people to be enjoying what they are doing as they go - this comes from Nordic values in the business.
