      Terrible management and bad communication

      Pros

      I can only think of the amazing people I have met, but then many of them left the company in our Norway-based office.

      Cons

      Expectation of billable hours to brand new employees should be communicated clearly and especially when the employee also has to work with business development. My manager did not speak with me for almost two months and was literally inaccessible. The firm lack skills in people leadership. This is supposed to be a foundation, but it feels nothing else but a dry talk. I have seen dozens of people leaving the firm, mainly due to bad work environment. I would say also partially toxic. Stay away from this firm if you want to keep your mental health sane.
