      Pros

      There is no respect to employees .They treated employees as slaves. Management is not good .

      If any one is not supported to managers then they were targeted and they make then to resign and leave the company.if they are hard worker also.

      Threat of being laid off, caught up in survivor of fittest or align to a group. It is infested with 'non' specialists / quacks donning to be experts

      Pros

      Flexible approach, supportive management team. Opportunity to move between countries.

      Cons

      HR are awful. Just awful. Slow to respond, slow to react. Cant get rid of useless staff. Pay is very much at the lower end of the spectrum. Project Managers seem to get promoted for nothing whilst Design Engineers hit a glass ceiling and can't progress. No pay parity between same grades in different departments.
