Pros
Flexible approach, supportive management team. Opportunity to move between countries.
Cons
HR are awful. Just awful. Slow to respond, slow to react. Cant get rid of useless staff. Pay is very much at the lower end of the spectrum. Project Managers seem to get promoted for nothing whilst Design Engineers hit a glass ceiling and can't progress. No pay parity between same grades in different departments.
