      One of the most toxic places I've ever worked at

      Pros

      Some few colleges, and that's all.

      Cons

      Old and noisy office, boring and toxic environment, unstable workplace, unprofessional management, and a lot more. HR and management try to show the company culture very friendly and positive, but when you're in, the circus starts. Overall, I believe the place is good exclusively for the top management and their circle of trust in the company. Others will be silenced and pushed down on a daily basis. Almost everyone left the company in 2022 and that has raised a lot of mess in technical teams.

      Micromanagement led to company crash

      It was good in the beginning but now just ruins are remained

      Cons

      Top management is wasting investors money. There is nothing real happening in technical teams, there are some small projects as boilerplates but there is no outcome for them. Hiring technical staff are mainly problematic due to lack of hiring standards. The future of the company is vague and there are new and different managerial decisions every couple of weeks.

      In this start up you should not look for pros! Company returns error code 404!

      Cons

      Even though a start up, it has mastered the cons part in a short time. Lack of culture, mobbing, boring tasks, no transparency and micromanaging are few points you should digest here every day.
