      Company office is located in Berlin

      Cons

      The quality of almost everything is so low that it made me leave the company. At some point everyone gets tired of negative vibe, noisy office, micromanaging and lack of job safety. Management only thinks about itself and almost all employees are not valued. The product Finioo is just there to get users private data and process it for any possible financial profit for the company.

      Pros

      If someone is looking for minimum qualities, a cheap coffee machine, a simple kitchen and few desks in the office can be labeled as pros.

      Cons

      Not a place to enjoy while working. The culture is acidic and the communication is bitter! It should tell how it feels to work for this company. Company lacks money and this is so visible in the products, work process, company culture and events. Do not get shocked if you see people pull you down to stay above you. The job safety is not strong here in the company. Soon you will feel the company is your poor dad in town and you are left with a big amount of stress and work pressure.

      There are other nice companies around. You know what I mean!

      Bad management, weak set-up, no goals, toxic environment, and a lot more. Your day starts with a shock and ends with headache. HR encourages candidates to join the company and settles them in a failed company.
