Honestly, not anything specific from the company. No benefits, no self-improvements, low salaries, no stability, small and loud office, below average company events, negative company culture, high employee farewell, incompetent management. There are lots of companies around with much better conditions.

If you are thinking of joining the company, I summarize here my experience with this company. About the company: Do not start dreaming by hearing some nice words during the application interviews. From day 1, you will notice you should already find another place or just leave. There are some 5 star reviews which I am not sure if they are really written by employees. Of course, there are some people in management who want to advertise their business in nice words. However, in the office there is enough negative vibe around the company and management. That was to me the real rating for the company. About the products: There is no profit in the products and the future of the company since years. There are already solid products out there in the market which attract potential company customers. About the management: The management is incompetent and inexperienced, taking the products to the directions where no customers are happy with it and no new customers show up. Management is not showing respect to what is done by teams. About the work: Impossible to get anything done in a correct way. So many voices telling you to do a simple thing without thinking properly ahead. As soon as problems and issues show up, you are blamed and you are asked to correct it as soon as possible. There is always enough pressure and stress from the management no matter how good you do the work. No real work coming from clients, therefore no new challenges are introduced, you should do minimal changes for the same (not well implemented) software to have some todos. All the best staff left and took jobs elsewhere without proper handovers in 2022. Company owners are dreaming of growth, not considering the current reality of the office and staff. After Covid they said it’s mandatory to go to the office 2 times per week but the office was so small and the noise was all the day by you.
