. Agile working . Nice office . ok benefits

Cons

. There is a lot of office politics going on. If you aren't an extrovert and friendly with the right people then you won't go far. . There is a reluctance to accept new ideas . There is a lot of talk/meetings with not a lot actually happening.

Not many that I can think of.

Not many, they are making people work 10 hour days on a 7.5 hour contract with no extra monies.
