To advance, you must be part of the "club". If you don't "Jive" with the management "Team" you will be targeted. required to do the work of 3 people, you will get no-where, no matter how hard you try. You will be falsely reprimanded to keep you in your position, unable to advance or move from your current position for one year. The only acknowledgement you will receive will be during your yearly review and NO ONE gets an "exceeds", no matter what you do. That's the un-written rule. Unless you are part of the club, then you can do whatever you want without repercussion and still advance. No incentives to do better or be better. This company does not care about it's future. This is apparent by the amount of times it has laid off it's workers. Putting it's best people out. There is no one with the knowledge and experience to run the processes correctly anymore. People retire and find other jobs and their positions are absorbed by the remaining few, no new people, Just more work and backlash. I have not see a new employee in 4 years. Don't plan on joining any of the Extra-Curricular activities that Non-Production workers get to enjoy. Your 3 jobs will require constant attention, there will be no time for that.

Poor management, or lack there of. Directionless for some managers, no enthusiasm, no enjoyment, no promotions (from a manager who stated early on they did NOT promote), no recognition, nothing. Collect a paycheck and go home. Oh yeah, if you get a CAPA, I was told I could be fired. WOW! I am incentivized to do a good job.
