Thank you for saying a few words about the 6 plus years you've been working at Philips in London. It's good to hear that you appreciate the company culture and that you also consider the freedom and control you have over your work a plus. That you're missing a certain level of flexibility towards working parents and that your career with us so far hasn't been as rewarding as it should have been, is of course regrettable, as we believe in creating a workplace with unbound opportunities and we want our people to be able to maintain a healthy balance between work and their personal life.
