Pros

Great values on paper. The culture however has dramatically changed over the past years, not always to the better. A good place for entry level newbies who seek short term benefits but do not expect long term loyalty any more.

Cons

Good way to success is a rigorous focus on your short term personal benefits and to rely on your personal networks. You cannot trust career promises unless they have been agreed on paper. And even if you do so. make sure you have a lawyer review any agreement.
