In the meantime, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the work you've done over the last eight to ten years you've been with us already.

Hi there, thanks so much for taking the time to share your experiences here. We're sad to hear you haven't been completely happy with your management. That's not the employer we aim to be and we do recommend discussing this with your HR manager, as he or she is in the right position to address this. Since upper management is active on this platform too, your review won't go unnoticed and we thank you again for providing us with valuable feedback. All the best with your career!

Pros

Good work-life balance with good benifits

Cons

The new Philips is completely different from the original company. It does not believe in innovation. After spending a decade in the company i just saw CEO only interested in selling business units every year to show profit and please investors by acquiring exciting businesses and rebranding them Philips (No innovation). Internally the situation is like Nokia as multiple teams are competing and each unit has there own agenda. The same things are done again and again using different technology with no outcome.
