      A once great culture, killed

      Unfortunately due to the current state of the company there aren’t any I can think of.

      Cons

      This company has fallen from grace. It. completely killed the culture that once made it a great place to work, it deprioritized communicating with employees and has become a place where you can expect burnout without recognition. Top talent is fleeing.

      Decent culture, disconnected upper management

      Great culture, no micromanaging, flexible schedule, conscious of employee health, decent pay

      Cons

      Upper management not involved/understanding of production processes, constant headcount reduction while expecting drastic improvements to productivity. Heavily siloed org structure leads to disconnection between cross functional departments.
