      Outstanding salary level and solid benefit package for employees

      Cons

      The Andover location is scheduled for closing in less than two years and the operation are currently under a consent decree. This is at best a short term position despite the claim that seats will be available in the new location in Cambridge Crossing.

      Typical corporate politics, knowing the right person helps get a promotion. The company doesn't compensate the way it should when it comes to growth.
