      -Great Culture -Good benefits and great PTO -Becoming a leader in the IoT space -CEO is committed to developing great innovative technology -Financially stable

      -Huge investment in IoT and change in strategy has led to the need for some layoffs. -Compensation has been improving but still needs to become more competitive - Arrogance still exists with some senior leaders

If you are willing to step up, make things happen, you can succeed and thrive - Strong, compelling vision from the CEO - Good flow of communication despite being a larger, geographically dispersed business
