Good Technology, Sick attitude people in QA, No personal Devlopment

Pros : 1. Good Infrastructure for Workstations, VM's, Labs, ALL Operating Systems available etc. 2. WFH option if your manager does not have any problem. 3. Exhaustive list of CAD/PLM/ALM/SLM Products to work on. Best for Engineering Softwares. 4. As QA exposure to work with different technologies. 5. Intellectual, vibrant, passaionate managers/devlopers in Marisoft office.
Cons
1. All Pros of no use, if you land up in WIndchill QA, especially in WWGM. Cons : 2. Very bad QA processes, many sysetms to bother you, Still use Xcel to track testplans! Weikfield has become a dull and boring place.Exodus of good,exp people from QA due to various reasons. 3. In QA, Biased/Regional Group Leads. Bad attitude, Unenthusiastic managers. 4. Salary and Position does not match. 5. No training of any sort. Devlopment plan only for namesake. 6. On top of this, No cultural,fun activities.
