Nice company with nice technology vision. Strong company business culture Provides 100 way to learn technical solutions and sales tricks. Adequate salary.
Cons
Non adequate way for hiring and managing people - european HRs and managers are trying to find local people with a little knowledge about local labor market. Too many changes in the company - too many managers with a "personal working style". No career opportunities - the main paradigm for hiring people for management positions - "as far from the gate as betteer". Nobody cares about people.
