When starting this job, there are 3 full months of training, so noone is thrown into a project unprepared. The atmosphere promotes a great amount of teamwork, everyone is willing to help one another. The company is providing a new facility as well.

Cons

The salary is less competitive than surrounding areas. Many people move to Pittsburgh or Morgantown to advance their careers.

Cons

In process of evolving culture. Currently caught in between being an old school enterprise software company and becoming a more entrepreneurial software company. Exec management sometimes too quick to form opinions without seeking broader input from those with insights into new market or growing channel opportunity.
