      -Great Culture -Good benefits and great PTO -Becoming a leader in the IoT space -CEO is committed to developing great innovative technology -Financially stable

      Cons

      -Huge investment in IoT and change in strategy has led to the need for some layoffs. -Compensation has been improving but still needs to become more competitive - Arrogance still exists with some senior leaders

      Ummmmmm, hard time coming up with Pros--maybe, good severance packages.

      1. Layoffs, layoffs layoffs 2. They layoff extremely talented people just because they need to make their numbers. 3. No decent salary adjustment in years.

      Pros

      PTC started investing on IOT. good for PTC but bad for employees who are working on other products which are slowing down. Recently there was a reduction of 7% in PTC worldwide. Employees will get good surveillance package if you have good amount of experience in PTC.

      Cons

      Job is not guaranteed. There is a high risk of losing your job due to PTC's investment plans which changes very frequently.
