Pros
PTC started investing on IOT. good for PTC but bad for employees who are working on other products which are slowing down. Recently there was a reduction of 7% in PTC worldwide. Employees will get good surveillance package if you have good amount of experience in PTC.
Cons
Job is not guaranteed. There is a high risk of losing your job due to PTC's investment plans which changes very frequently.
