      Nice campus. Some good people who try to do the right thing. Exciting vision if they can execute on it.

      Environment is still somewhat toxic. CEO can be emotional. CFO is self-absorbed and doesn't care about the employees. Management work ethic is weak

      Great learning culture and willingness to change

      Cons

      Under paid long term employees. If you have been with the company too long, your salary will be below the market for sure. The new hire coming in the door with less experience will fetch a higher salary. Unless you can stomach that, don't stay too long.
