Pros

Decent benefits, and depending on your department work-life balance. Helpful co-workers (where they can help)

Cons

Extremely siloed to the point of frustration. Cross communication is like pulling teeth to find the right contact. Lack of transparency even to the mid-levels of the company. They have a great vision but change course so much that the final product never happens. All of these made for a work experience that seemed very lost and disorganized where end goals were nebulous at best.

- Really great benefits, employer match contribution, HSA, stocks, and lots of great perks! - Company's growth and future is promising. Great business and product strategy

Cons

- Change is slow - Lack of diversity - Lack of diversity in leadership - Lack of diversity initiatives - Leadership don't know how to lead - The team I was on is disorganized for a large company that's been around for a while - Had one of the worst experiences with HR. They know nothing about diversity. Handled workplace conflict poorly. - Lack of support for employee. There's a mindset of "figure it out on your own" in an environment with a poor process and structure - Lack of transparency and communication - I don't understand how PTC won "Best place to work." There is no work/life balance here. Everyone in the company chooses to work a lot.
