      PTO policy - 20 days PTO, 2 Floating holidays, 1 Birthday, 5 sick days. Every 5 years you earn 5 more PTO days. Executives are really focused on making PTC a fun place to work: -Summer hours -Casual work environment (jeans in most departments) -beer Fridays The company itself is moving in the right direction and going all in on being a leader in IoT technology -work life balance is decent depending on department

      Your department plays a HUGE role in how you view this company. Customer operations is disorganized, marred with red tape and corporate road blocks. Employees here do a ton of work and are expected to be 100% on everything they do. Middle Management is inexperienced and have no direction for the department or their employees fostering a negative work environment. No understanding for the work their employees are doing and how to foster growth and career development Quarter end hours are long

      The people I work with are extremely talented and the technology is really impressive.

      There is too much change just for the sake of change. Strategy changes and market alignment are always necessary but seem to done in a reactionary manner every 1-2 quarters.
