      Everything about PTC is Awesome Dynamic learning , New things to learn Seniors are very co-operative , Right place to work so that it will give a share to your skills , Knowledge After working here i gain huge knowledge and confidence

      Pros

      Salary offered is very good for the permanent employees.

      Cons

      I worked as a QA for more than a year but on contract basis.I had a team of 20+ people.All of them did same kind of work still had different designations.As a contractor I was treated badly.I wasn't involved in any important tasks.Manager never had much interaction with me and wasn't interested in my growth.I used to sit late till 8pm still nobody bothered to ask me to leave early as a female employee .

      Pros

      NIce campus, crawling with smart people working with cool technology. Work life balance was great. PTO/Benefits very good. CEO is great. It was a pleasure working with him for many years. Guy works hard and has incredible vision.

      Cons

      Low pay. Loyalty not rewarded for long term employees. Constant layoffs have people walking on egg shells. Employees not valued. Great place to start a career, just don't stick around too long.
