Pros

If you're lucky, you'll absorb what's left of a strong brand history and product legacy that once was created by an even stronger culture of corporate pride and identity; excelling, achieving, and setting the bar for organic tech innovation; and placing a maniacal focus on product quality, and superlative customer service.

Cons

The only focus is on shareholder value and stock price. Employees and customers are regularly sacrificed to make financial reporting goals. Quality department virtually non-existent outside of a small pocket in Supply Chain. ISO 9000 and other standards of excellence have been abandoned. Ratio of experienced employees (+5 years) to newer, inexperienced employees (<5 years) is 1:1. Small cabal of executives have let their egos run amok and publicly reward each other for every increase in stock price, but say/ do nothing to acknowledge or justify the chaos that exists among under-staffed, brain-drained, teams.

Pros

The culture, great people and salary

Cons

the people in management. Their CEO is trying to use money from cash account in the balance sheet, that was for retirement purposes, and it is investing that cash with his full intention of running through to the end of it. So how is management be paying for people as they are starting to retire?, they won't, they will keep doing what they do and retire (fire) people before that even is a possibility

Pros

Amazing people, everyone is treated with respect whether you are a contractor or employee. The culture is great! They are very flexible and forward-thinking with mobility/flexibility in your work schedule and location.

Cons

I honestly don't have any at this time! I don't see this as a con but some people would, a lot of areas have very few or no admins. Everyone is expected to do their own calendars, get supplies, and other miscellaneous items. New people that are used to an admin take a little extra time to adjust to this but it seems to work well in the type of environment they have created. Not to worry, everyone is pretty self-sufficient!
