      Good people and challenging work, but management is very profit focused and does not seem interested in growth.

      Pros

      People are dedicated and projects are interesting and meaningful. Good balance of work and home if you get the right manager. Snacks and free coffee/tea are a nice recent addition.

      Cons

      Priorities change frequently. The days of building highly reliable quality software seem to be in the rearview mirror. The race to market is first and foremost. There is a priority to get younger. Many new grads are replacing seasoned veterans.

      Flexible work hours. Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Does not promote from within. Pay raises rarely happen. New hires make more than seasoned experienced techs.. Management only cares about lining their pockets.
