People development and working hard to build customer relationships is a key priority and people are encouraged to develop. Career development opportunities for people in a secure and sustainable company and positive working environment. Sales targets are realistic, well explained and everyone understand their role and the value of the contribution they make.

Cons

Improve and enhance company car list to include fully electric cars (already doing good range of hybrids) or offer some form of salary sacrifice to make purchasing electric cars easier for all.
