Pros

Great, supportive colleagues with a good team spirit Superb staff facilities at Head Office Logistics / Delivery systems are second to none

Cons

Very very Admin heavy role, but the expectation for this and a target number of meetings each month mean very long working hours. Appalling level of training in use of systems which the company depend on you using to provide daily, weekly and monthly reports Very very repetitive Admin

Pros

It's a job - unfortunately I can't say anything more positive!

Cons

You are treated like a piece of meat The management of the RDC network is run by people who like to 'divide and conquer' and have poor communication skills In real terms, the company pays scant regard to manual handling procedures And while the company says it expects employees to embrace its 'values' – this turns out to be just words. Lyreco's 'values' are meaningless!

Loads n loads of out of hours admin , kpis comi g out my rear Credjt control and some sales support are not helpful
