Forward thinking business that is growing and developing in the market place, responding to customers needs. Their business is a massive advocate of being all things 'Green', in and out of the workplace. Great place to work, grow and develop your career with this market-leading supplier.

Cons

Basic salary could be improved and providing the option to take a car allowance as opposed to just offering a company car, would suit some people better.

Fantastic range and excellent service

Cons

Micromanagement driving senior staff away, loosing good staff due to a culture of NO trust and ‘do as I say or else’, the use of PIP’s (Personal Improvement Plans)used as a rod to beat staff with. Senior managers who are full of theory and no practical experience of day to day role.
