Flexibility to set own work schedule (to a degree)

Cons

Line manager pushed very hard to meet their own tick box agenda rather than with concern for team members well-being and mental health impacts. A bully culture exists, is known about and covered up (for the right people).

Not many. Remote working and that's about it.

Cons

Broken promises by management team. Massively micro managed with a feeling of constantly being watched, emails, teams and calls (even when billing). Lack of investment in sales staff, with a replace mindset rather than offer opportunities. Not a good experience with leadership from the very top questionable.
